By using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with TopLoaded Collectables Ltd, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not use the website or purchase from our store.

3. Products and Availability

3.1 All products listed on TopLoaded Collectables Ltd are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer.
3.2 Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance, packaging, or other aspects.

3.3 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your pre-order. The deposit amount can change based on the products we offer as preorder. This deposit secures your item and will be deducted from the final price when the balance is due. The remaining balance (including any applicable shipping fees) will be payable once the item is ready for dispatch. You will be notified via email when your pre-order is ready, with instructions for completing the payment. Full payment must be completed within 5 working days of notification. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your pre-order and loss of your deposit. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are provided as a guide and are subject to change due to production or shipping delays. We will keep you updated with any changes to the expected delivery timeframe. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your pre-order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order (e.g., supplier issues or product discontinuation), we will refund your deposit in full. Once received, your pre-ordered item is covered by our standard Returns & Refunds Policy (Section 6).

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance: Orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase, which will be confirmed via email once the order has been processed and accepted by us.

4.2 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. Cancelled items are refunded immediately for the entirety of their value including any associated shipping cost charged as part of the original order.

4.3 Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and other payment gateways. Payment is due at the time of order placement.
4.4 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be added at checkout, depending on the destination.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping: We currently only offer domestic shipping to Mainland United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you wish to place an international order, please read 5.3
5.2 Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
5.3 International orders, customs and Import Duties: We are happy to consider international orders on a case by case basis. If you are interested, please get in touch with us at info@toploaded.co.uk . Please note that The customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy: We accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival, different from the order placed on the website or unwanted items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, and in unused condition. You will be responsible for buying a returning label and associated postage costs. You are fully responsible to ensure the item reaches us in the same condition you have received it. If any item(s) originally part of the product(s) are missing when being returned to us, the return cannot be accepted and no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any damage/loss to the items you are returning on their way back to us. Once the item is correctly returned as per this policy, a full refund of the original price paid for the product(s) will be issued to you. Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, no refunds will be issued.
6.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received, inspected and confirmed eligible for a refund.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as [e.g., opened trading card packs] are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. To start a return, please contact us at info@toploaded.co.uk

6.4  Preorders can be cancelled, however, if any deposit was originally required to place a preorder, the deposited amount will not be refunded. For more information on deposits please see section 3.3 Peorders.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Account Information: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
7.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or transmission of harmful content.

13. Cancellation Policy. Order cancellations are accepted, however shipping costs will not be refunded, ONLY in case the item has already been dispatched (postage has been paid for on our behalf, but item has not been shipped yet - unlikely but it might happen) .
