  • Is Toploaded legit? Can I trust you guys?
    Obviously yes, but it's just too easy to just say yes. That's why we take pictures of every product we sell ourselves and we do not use stock images, to prove we currently hold the product. Is that not enough? Not a problem! You can also ask us for a custom picture of any product you would like to buy, and we will be happy to get back to you with a picture displaying the item, the current day timestamp and our shop's name.
  • How do returns work?
    We only accept returns if: The received product is different from the one purchased The item has been damaged in transit The item is not needed anymore and has not been opened or tampered with. You will have 14 days to initiate your return. Please note that in this specific instance, postage will be the buyer's responsibility, including ensuring that the product makes its way back to us. Regardless of the reason, we highly recommend using tracked services for returns, so that customers can be insured for any item damage/loss by the courier. Customers are held responsible to return itmes in their original state - items damaged or lost on the way back to us will not be eligible for refunds. If the packs/the envelope of returned items appear to be tampered with, we will NOT accept the return. If a product has a factory shrink wrap, returns for such products will only be accepted if the shrink wrap is still present. To initiate the return, please contact us at info@toploaded.co.uk
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We currently ship to Mainland UK only. However international shipping requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Just get in touch with us to discuss what we can do!
  • Can I cancel an order and how do I do it?
    Not a fuss. Just send us an email at info@toploaded.co.uk, including your order number, full name and address, specifying which products you'd like to cancel that were part of your order. A refund will be immediately issued for the cost of the products cancelled - please be aware that shipping costs will not be refunded, in case the item has already been dispatched. This also applies to orders above the free delivery threshold. Furthermore, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied. This is due to the payment processing costs we incur in when your payment is processed on our behalf by our payment gateway provider. The above fees do not apply in case the order has to be cancelled due to an error from our side (eg we run out of stock for a certain product). In this case we will either offer an alternative product or process the refund without applying any fees, including the postage costs. To cancel your order please e-mail us at info@toploaded.co.uk Allow 2-3 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. In this instance, wait for the item to arrive and then start a return procedure with us.
